Vivo has launched its first foldable smartphone called the Vivo X Fold. The device has a secondary display and a quad-read camera setup. 

The Vivo X Fold is currently limited to China, and there is no timeline for when it will go Official outside China. 

The Vivo X Fold has two in-display fingerprint scanner, one on the primary display and the other on the secondary display. 

The device comes with an 8.03" LTPO2 AMOLED display with 120Hz Refresh Rate. The secondary display has an 6.53" AMOLED display with 120Hz Refresh Rate

The folding display uses SCHOTT UTG (ultra thin glass, Schott manufactures Samsung's UTG). The display has Display Mate's A+ recommendation. 

The hinge is an aircraft-grade floating wing hinge. It allows the vivo X Fold to close flat, and to stay open at an angles between 60 and 120 degrees.

Under the hood, the device is powered by an flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset which is paired with Adreno 730 GPU for graphics and comes with 12GB of RAM. 

The device quad rear camera setup that houses a 50MP primary lens, a 8MP periscope lens, a 12MP telephoto lens, and a 48MP ultrawide angle lens.
