Pros

The device has a 6.8-inches QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with 120Hz Refresh Rate

It has Vision Booster Technology with 1750 nits Peak Brightness and the device protected by Gorilla Glass Victus Plus on both sides

The handset is the first S-series smartphone to ship with an S Pen built into the phone's chassis and it has 3x better responsiveness

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has pro-grade cameras of 108MP OIS Quad Rear Camera and also features an 40MP Selfie Camera

It has IP68 Rating for dust / water resistant and runs on Android 12 based OneUI 4.1 skin out of the box. Also has dual stereo speakers

The S22 Ultra has 4nm-based octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen1 Processor coupled with Adreno 730 GPU for US/India/China Market 

Cons

While the display is pretty good but it only has 8-bit color depth instead of 10-bit color depth

The device does not have a 3.5 mm Headphone Jack and it only supports 45W Wired Charging which is low compared to pricing

The S22 Ultra comes with base variant of 8GB RAM which is unlike its predecessor S21 Ultra which comes with 12GB RAM base variant

Samsung has not provided any fast charger inside the box of the device, so you need to purchase it separately to charge your device

However, the USA/China/India market got Snapdragon SoC but internationally the device is powered by Exynos 2200 SoC

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is bit pricey at what Samsung is offering and even higher than the iPhone 13 Pro Max's Base model
