Vivo V23 Series Launched in India: Full Specifications and FAQs

Vivo has unveiled their Vivo V23 Series in India which consists of two smartphones – Vivo V23 5G and Vivo V23 Pro 5G. Both the devices are claimed to change the color of the back panel when comes in contact with UV rays in sunlight.

With the color-changing technology, these devices become India’s first Color Changing smartphone. Both the smartphones further have a triple rear camera setup and have a 50MP dual selfie camera setup in the notch display.

The smartphones further have an FHD+ AMOLED Display, a Mediatek Dimensity 5G Processor, 44W Fast Charging Support, and has an In-Display Fingerprint Scanner.

Price and Availability of Vivo V23 Series

Both the smartphones of Vivo V23 Series launched in two different variants – 8GB RAM + 128GB Internal Storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB Internal Storage. It comes in two different color options – Stardust Black and Sunshine Gold.

The 8GB+128GB model of Vivo V23 is priced at Rs 29,990 while the 12GB+256GB model of Vivo V23 is priced at Rs 34,990. However, the 8GB+128GB model of Vivo V23 Pro launched at the price of Rs 38,990 while the 12GB+256GB model of Vivo V23 Pro is priced at Rs 43,990

Both the devices are available for pre-orders from 5th January on Vivo India’s official website, Flipkart, and on offline retail stores. The sale for Vivo V23 starts from 19th January while the Vivo V23 Pro sale starts from 13th January.

Vivo V23 Series Specifications

Both the smartphones have Fluorite AG Glass on the back that is said to change its color when exposed to direct sunlight for up to 5 to 6 minutes.

The devices further have an FHD+ AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 90Hz Refresh Rate. The Vivo V23 Pro has a 3D curved display while the Vivo V23 has a flat display.

Both the device (Vivo V23 and Vivo V23 Pro) have a 50MP Dual Selfie camera in the notch display that consists of a 50MP auto-focus lens with f/2.0 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.28 aperture.

Further, both (Vivo V23 and Vivo V23 Pro) run on Android 12-based FuntouchOS 12 skin out of the box.

This device features a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 90Hz Refresh Rate. The device further has Schott Xensation UP Glass Protection on the top.

Vivo V23 5G is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 920 Processor coupled with Arm Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of Internal Storage.
