Tecno Pova 2 Launched in India: Full Specifications

Tecno has launched a new smartphone under its Pova-Series in India, namely Tecno Pova 2. It comes with a massive 7000 mAh Battery with 18W Fast charging support.

The smartphone features an octa-core Mediatek Helio G85 Processor coupled with Mali G52 GPU, has a 48MP Quad-rear camera setup, and a center-punch hole display.

Tecno Pova 2 Specifications

This smartphone features a 6.9-inch FHD+ IPS LCD Display with 2460×1080 pixels resolution, 60Hz Refresh Rate, and 180Hz Touch Sampling Rate. The display further has a pixel density of 386 PPI, 90% Screen-to-body ratio, and 480 nits Peak Brightness.

The device is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio G85 Processor coupled with Arm Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. It comes with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of eMMC 5.1 Storage. There is a dedicated MicroSD slot for storage expansion.

Pova 2 also has built-in ‘HyperEngine Game Technology’ that is claimed to give the smartphone high-end graphic crunching, making it appropriate even for heavy gaming.

The handset features a 48MP Quad rear camera setup with an LED Flash. The cameras consist of a 48MP primary lens with f/1.79 aperture, a 2MP depth lens, a 2MP macro lens, and an AI lens. There is an 8MP selfie camera lens in the punch-hole design with an f/2.0 aperture. The selfie camera features up to 2x zoom and up to 2K video recording.

This smartphone launched in two different variants – 4GB RAM + 64GB Storage, and 6GB RAM + 128GB Storage. The 4GB+64GB model is priced at Rs 10,999, and the high-end 6GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 12,999. It comes in three color options – Polar Silver, Energy Blue, and Dazzle Black.

The first sale of the device starts from 5th August Amazon and will also be available on offline retail stores. As an introductory offer, there is a Rs 500 Instant discount. Hence, Tecno Pova 2 will be available for Rs 10,499 and Rs 12,499 respectively for a limited period of time.
