Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G Review
Redmi Note 11 Pro has its Pros from 120Hz Refresh Rate to 67W Fast Charging Support but Redmi has also done some compromises on it which can be a letdown for some users.
Let’s go deeper and see what Redmi has offered in its Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G smartphone.
Display
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G features a 6.67-inches FHD+ AMOLED Display with 2400 x 1080 pixels screen resolution, 120Hz Refresh Rate, and 360Hz Touch Sampling Rate. The display further has 1200 nits Peak Brightness.
The front has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection and there is glass on the backside while the frame is made out of plastic.
The device has the same display as the Redmi Note 11 Pro Plus, with no changes at all. So yes, there is nothing to worry about the display, Redmi has used the best display.

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G has Widevine L1 support which means you are able to watch FHD+ content on OTT platforms like Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix.
Overall, Redmi has done a good job with display, and we can’t complain much about it.
Performance
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G features an octa-core Mediatek Helio G96 Processor coupled with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 Storage.
There is also a Hybrid SIM Slot for storage expansion. The device runs on Android 11-based MIUI 13 skin out of the box. Here, Redmi should provide Android 12 OS out of the box, but they didn’t, they went with Android 11 which is not good.
The device also has extended or Virtual RAM availability. However, the Virtual RAM is a gimmick and used only for marketing purposes and has no use in real-life, so forget about that.

Now, we have seen Mediatek Helio G96 Processor in many smartphones with lower prices. The Redmi Note 11 Pro also used the same chipset but this is priced at Rs 17,999 (or USD 329).
However, the processor is good and you will not face any issues with that. Again, the device does not have 5G support, you will be stuck with 4G.
Overall, the performance of the device is good but if you are a gamer then I don’t recommend this smartphone because you can get this same SoC at a lower price.
Cameras
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G features a 108MP Quad Rear Camera Setup with an LED Flash in the rectangular module. The cameras consist of a 108MP primary lens with f/1.9 aperture, an 8MP ultrawide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP depth lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture.
There is a 16MP Selfie Camera Lens with f/2.4 aperture in the punch-hole design display. Both the front and rear cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps.
The 108MP primary sensor captures some good images with good detailing, and there are no issues with dynamic range too. The night photos also come out well.
The 8MP ultrawide angle sensor also takes some good wide-angle shots but the wide shots suffer in the low lighting. Also, forget that 2MP + 2MP sensors as they are added just for numbers which only help companies in the marketing.
The 16MP selfie camera also takes some good images with good detailing and dynamic range but Redmi whitens the images. So, if you like that, you will be happy with the cameras.

The videos do come out great under the good lighting but in low lights or night, it loses out on details and the device sharpens the videos. However, it can be fixed via an OTA update but who knows when Redmi will fix it.
Overall, the cameras of the device are decent but still, Redmi needs to work on the cameras to justify the pricing.
Battery
The device has a 5,000 mAh Battery with 67W Fast Charging Support. Redmi has also provided a 67W Charge inside the box of the device.
The MediaTek Helio G96 is built on 12nm architecture and it will affect the battery life of the device. There is no doubt, the processor is not the best for battery but still, that 67W charger will help a lot keep in mind.
Overall, the battery will last for a day but if you are a heavy user then you will have to charge the device two times a day.
Audio
The Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G has dual stereo speakers which will give you a better sound experience. The device also has a secondary noise cancellation microphone which will help in calling.
The smartphone also has a 3.5 mm Headphone Jack to plug your wired earphones or headphones without any issues.
Overall, Redmi has done a good job in the audio department and you will not face any issues with it.
