Redmi has launched the Redmi 10 in the Indian smartphone market. It is a rebranded version of Redmi 10C which was launched previously in China and in other global markets. However, in India, the device packs a 6,000 mAh Battery while the original one packs a 5,000 mAh Battery.

So, these were the Pros and Cons of the Redmi 10. Now, let’s see the full features and specifications of the device.
Redmi 10 Review
The Redmi 10 has its Pros and is worth buying but there are some compromises like an HD+ IPS LCD Display and 5MP Selfie Camera which can be a letdown for most of the users. Overall, we suggest you skip the device and take a look at other devices available in the market.
The device features a 6.71-inches HD+ display with 1650 x 720 pixels screen resolution and 60Hz Refresh Rate.
The frame and back panel of the phone are made out of plastic while there is Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on the top.
The Redmi 10 features a 50MP Dual Rear Camera setup with an LED Flash in the square module. The cameras consist of a 50MP primary lens with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP portrait lens with f/2.4 aperture.
There is a 5MP Selfie Camera Lens with f/2.0 aperture in the waterdrop style notch display. Both the rear and front cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps.
The 50MP rear camera captures good photos and the dynamic range of the device is very limited. And yes, forget that 2MP portrait lens as it’s added just for numbers and helps companies in marketing, no use of it in the real life.
When it comes to selfies, the 5MP selfie camera clicks photos and is very decent. Redmi should have at least provided a 13MP selfie camera but they didn’t, they went with 5MP only.
Redmi needs to work on the cameras, especially the selfie camera as it’s not that good considering the price of the device.
Overall, the cameras of the phone are not that great compared to what other companies are offering at the same price.
The Redmi 10 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 610 Processor coupled with Adreno 610 GPU. The device runs on Android 11-based MIUI 13 skin out of the box. Here, Redmi should have provided the Android 12 out of the box, but they didn’t.
The device packs a 6,000 mAh Battery (5,000 mAh Battery in Global or Chinese variant) with 18W Fast Charging Support. However, Redmi has included a 10W Charger inside the box of the device which is again a disappointment.
Also, there are no stereo speakers but it does have a 3.5 mm headphone jack to plug your wired earphones, and has a dedicated SD-card slot.
