So, these are the Pros and Cons of the Realme Narzo 50, now let’s see the full features and specifications of the smartphone.
Realme Narzo 50 Review
Realme Narzo 50 has its Pros from Helio G96 Processor to 120Hz Refresh Rate but it does have some compromises like the phone does not have 5G connectivity and more.
As an introductory price, the price looks good. Let’s go deeper and see what Realme has offered in its Realme Narzo 50 smartphone.
Display
The Realme Narzo 50 features a 6.6-inches FHD+ IPS LCD Display with 2412 x 1080 pixels screen resolution, 120Hz Refresh Rate, and 180Hz Touch Sampling Rate. The display further has a 20.1:9 aspect ratio, 90.8% Screen-to-body ratio, and 480 nits Peak Brightness.
On the front, the device has Dragontrail glass protection, while the frame and back panel of the device are made out of plastic.
The device also has Widevine L1 support which means you can play FHD+ content on OTT apps like Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix.

However, Realme should have provided the AMOLED panel with at least 90Hz Refresh Rate but they didn’t, they went with a 120Hz IPS LCD Display which is also not bad at this price. Overall, we can say that Realme Narzo 50 has a good display and is not great at this price point.
So, if you are looking for a smartphone with AMOLED Display, you can go with another phone like Redmi Note 11 as it has a 90Hz AMOLED panel.
Cameras
The Realme Narzo 50 features a 50MP Triple Rear Camera Setup with an LED flash in the square module. The cameras consist of a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP portrait sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
There is a 16MP Selfie Camera lens with f/2.05 aperture in the punch-hole design display. Both the front and rear cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps (frames per second).
The 50MP primary lens takes good shots, but there is some issue with dynamic range and the colors also get whiter. The videos also come out good as per the price point.
Also, forget that 2MP maco and 2MP portrait lens as they are added just for numbers. Instead of that, Realme should have provided an ultrawide angle lens but they didn’t.

The 16MP selfie camera lens also takes some good photos, but still, there is also some issue with the dynamic range. However, this can be fixed via updates but who knows when Realme will fix it.
Overall, the cameras of the device are okay considering the price of the phone. However, the cameras are not the best at this price point. So, if you are looking for a camera-centric device, you can skip the Realme Narzo 50.
Performance
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio G96 Processor coupled with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.1 Storage.
The device runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 skin out of the box. Now, here Realme should have provided the Android 12 as other brands are giving Android 12 out of the box at the same price point.
The device also has extended RAM availability, which provides the 6GB RAM model with 5GB additional Virtual or extended RAM. However, the Virtual RAM is a gimmick and used only for marketing purposes and has no use in real-life, so forget about that.

The Helio G96 is powerful and can run every single game available in the market without any issue. Further, you will also not face any issues in the day-to-day tasks.
However, the device does not have 5G support as it features Helio G96 which is 4G supportive only, so you are stuck with a 4G network.
Overall, the performance of the device is good enough to perform any task in day-to-day life.
Battery
The device packs a 5,000 mAh Battery with 33W Fast Charging Support. Realme has also provided a 33W Charger inside the box of the device. This 33W charger can fully charge the device from 0 to 100% in around 60-65 minutes.
Overall, the battery backup of the device is decent. However, the battery life of the device varies from user to user.
If you are a heavy user then you need to charge the device two times a day, but if you are a normal user, the device will last for a day without any problem.
Audio
The device only does not have dual stereo speakers, instead of that it has a single speaker at the bottom side which is loud, but still, Realme needs to provide a dual stereo speaker but they didn’t.
Also, the device does not have a secondary noise-cancellation microphone, so another person on the call might have a problem hearing your voice during the call.
However, the device has a 3.5 mm Headphone Jack to plug your wired earphones or headphones.
Overall, the audio quality and the call quality are decent and not the best at this price point.
