So, these are the Pros and Cons of the Realme C31, now let’s see the full features and specifications of the smartphone.
Realme C31 Review
The Realme C31 is not worth buying because Realme is offering an HD+ IPS LCD Display and also it’s a bit pricey. Overall, we suggest you skip the Realme C31 and take a look at other devices available on the market like Poco M2.
Now, let’s go deeper and see what Realme has offered in its latest entry-level smartphone which is the Realme C31.
Display
The device has a 6.5-inches HD+ IPS LCD Display with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels, 60Hz Refresh Rate, and 88.7% Screen-to-body ratio. It further has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 400 nits Brightness, and 120Hz Touch Sampling Rate.

The frame and back panel of the device are made out of plastic while there is glass protection on the top but Realme has not disclosed which glass they used to protect the display, it’s more likely to be Dinorex Glass.
Overall, the device has a good display and is not the best as it features an HD+ Display.
Camera
The Realme C31 has a triple rear camera setup with an LED flash in the rectangular module. The rear camera houses a 13MP primary lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 2MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 0.3MP depth lens with f/2.8 aperture.
There is a 5MP Selfie Camera lens with f/2.2 aperture in the waterdrop style notch design display. The rear camera can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps while the front camera can record up to 720p videos at 30fps.
The 13MP primary sensor clicks okay-type photos and the dynamic range of the device is very limited. Also, forget that 2MP+0.3MP sensor as they are added just for numbers, no use of it in real-life and helps companies in marketing.
The 5MP selfie camera clicks decent photos and is not that great. Here, Realme should have at least provided a 13MP selfie camera but they didn’t, they went with 5MP only.

Also, Realme needs to work on the cameras and provide better cameras, especially the selfie camera considering the price of the device. Also, they need to optimize the camera.
Overall, the cameras of the phone are okay and not that great compared to what other companies are offering at the same price.
Performance
The Realme is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 Processor coupled with Arm Mali-G57 GPU. The device runs on Android 11-based Realme UI R Edition skin out of the box. Now, at this price point, Unisoc T612 is not acceptable, Realme should have included a Mediatek chipset.
The Unisoc T612 processor is not that powerful too, when you use the device, it feels laggy and sometimes, it freezes for seconds while opening apps on it. Overall, don’t expect the performance to be great, you will be disappointed with the performance.

The device packs a 5,000 mAh Battery with 10W Charging Support and Realme has used a Micro-USB Port for charging which is again a disappointment. Realme should have included a USB Type-C port but they didn’t. Also, Realme should have provided at least 15W charging support.
Also, there are no stereo speakers but it does have a 3.5mm headphone jack which means you can plug your wired earphones or headphones, has a dedicated SD-card slot, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
