Oppo has launched a new smartphone under its Reno Series in India, namely Oppo Reno 6 5G. The device comes with Mediatek Dimensity 900 Processor and becomes the first smartphone to launch with this processor in India.
Reno 6 comes with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Fast charging support, Triple rear camera setup, 90Hz AMOLED Display, 32MP selfie camera, and comes in two color options.

Oppo Reno 6 5G Specifications
This smartphone features a 6.43-inch FHD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED Display with a 90Hz Refresh Rate and 180Hz Touch Sampling Rate. The display further has 750 nits Peak Brightness, 20:9 Aspect ratio, 91.7% Screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection on the top.
The device is powered by a 6 nm-based octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 900 Processor coupled with Arm Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. It comes with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 Internal Storage. This is the first smartphone in India to launch with Dimensity 900 chipset.
There is also the extended RAM availability, which provides the 8GB RAM model with 5GB additional Virtual RAM or extended RAM. As per Oppo, the 5GB RAM effect on the 8GB RAM phone allows one to maximize their phone’s potential and run apps faster without any coherent lag.
The handset features a 64MP triple rear camera setup with an LED Flash. The cameras consist of a 64MP OmniVision OV64B primary lens with f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP OmniVision OV02B10 macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 32MP Sony IMX615 selfie camera lens in the punch-hole design with an f/2.4 aperture.
The rear cameras modes include Night, Expert, Panorama, Portrait, Time-lapse, Slow-motion, Text Scanner, Google Lens. Selfie Camera modes include Panorama, Portrait, Night, Time-lapse, Sticker. The rear camera can record videos of 4K at 30fps, and the selfie camera records 1080p videos at 30fps.

This smartphone launched in only one variant of 8GB RAM and 128GB Internal Storage. The sole 8GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 29,990. It comes in two color options – Aurora, and Stellar Black.
The first sale of this device starts from 29th July on Flipkart, Oppo Online Store, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, and also available on other offline retails stores.
