So, these are the Pros and Cons of the Oppo K10, now let’s see the full features and specifications of the phone.

Oppo K10 Review

Oppo K10 has its Pros from 90Hz Refresh Rate to Gorgeous Design but Oppo has also done some compromises on it which can be a letdown for most of the users. Let’s go deeper and see what Oppo has offered in its Oppo K10 smartphone.

Display

The device has a 6.59-inches FHD+ LTPS LCD Display with 2412 x 1080 pixels screen resolution, 90Hz Refresh Rate, and 180Hz Touch Sampling Rate. It further has 600 nits Peak Brightness, and a 90.8% Screen-to-body ratio.

Here, Oppo should have provided an AMOLED Panel with only 60Hz but they didn’t, instead of that Oppo went with an LTPS LCD Display. So, yes Oppo has done cost-cutting in that.

There is nothing wrong with the LCD panel but this time considering competition, it looks like, the display quality of the device has been compromised.

The rear panel and frame of the device are made out of plastic while it has Panda Glass Protection on the front side.

Oppo has also added support for Widevine L1 which means you will be able to stream FHD+ content on OTT apps like Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix.

Overall, the display quality of the Oppo K10 is okay but it doesn’t justify its price tag. Oppo should have gone with an AMOLED panel.

Cameras

The Oppo K10 has a triple rear camera setup which houses a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2MP bokeh sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture.

There is a 16MP camera on the front with an f/2.0 aperture in the punch-hole cutout display. Both the front and rear cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps.

Now just forget those 2MP+2MP sensors because there are added for showcase only. I mean, this is a 2022 smartphone and still, Oppo is using 2MP+2MP sensors which is totally not acceptable. Also, Oppo should have included an ultrawide angle sensor, but they didn’t.

The 50MP sensor clicks okay-type images but it misses out on details, and the dynamic range is also missing and it tries to boost the colors.

The 16MP selfie camera is also the same, but it captures some good shots and is decent considering the price of the device.

Oppo K10 Cameras

However, Oppo needs to work on the cameras and if they don’t then I think, these will be the worst cameras at this price point.

Overall, I feel, there is no reason to buy Oppo K10 but still, if you want to buy then you will be disappointed with the cameras. Let me just put it this way, the phone has a decent camera setup but it doesn’t justify its pricing.

Performance

The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 Processor which is paired with Adreno 610 GPU for graphics. It comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 Internal Storage.

The Oppo K10 runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 skin out of the box. Here, Oppo should have provided the Android 12 OS out of the box, but they didn’t which is not good considering the price of the device.

Oppo K10 Performance

It also has extended RAM or Virtual RAM availability. However, the Virtual RAM is a gimmick and used only for marketing purposes and it has no use in real-life, so forget about that.

The device does not have 5G support, so you will be stuck with 4G.

Overall, the performance of the phone is good but if you are a gamer then I don’t recommend this smartphone because it’s not made to play heavy games all day. However, the processor is good and you will not face any issues in day-to-day life.

Battery

The Oppo K10 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Oppo has also included a 33W Charger in the box.

The battery will last for a day but if you’re a heavy user who plays lots of games then you will need to charge the device two times a day.

The 33W charger can fully charge the device from 0 to 100 percent in around 70 minutes. Overall, the battery life of the device is good and the processor also helps a lot.

Audio

The device has a dual Stereo speaker which gives clear and loud sound. It also has a secondary noise cancellation microphone which helps during calls.

The phone also has a 3.5 mm Headphone Jack which means you can plug your wired earphones or headphones without any issues.

Overall, the Oppo K10 has a good speaker and you will also not face issues during calls.
