Both the smartphones have a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED Display with a screen resolution of 2400×1080 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a 120Hz Refresh Rate. Both the device further has a 1300 nits Peak Brightness and HDR10+ support.

The iQOO 7 has a 91.45% Screen-to-body ratio, 300Hz Touch Sampling Rate, and 1000Hz Instant Touch Sampling Rate while the Realme GT Neo 2 has a 92.60% Screen-to-body ratio and 600Hz Touch Sampling Rate.

Both the devices have In-Display Fingerprint Scanner. However, iQOO 7 has Schott Xensation UP Protection on the top while the Realme GT Neo 2 has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection on the top.

Camera

When it comes to cameras, both the devices have a triple rear camera setup with an LED Flash in the rectangular module. However, the iQOO 7 has a 48MP triple rear camera setup while the Realme GT Neo 2 has a 64MP triple rear camera setup.

Both the smartphones have a 16MP Selfie camera lens in the punch-hole design display. However, the iQOO 7 has an aperture of f/2.0 while the Realme GT Neo 2 has an aperture of f/2.5.

Both the devices have UFS 3.1 Storage. However, the iQOO 7 has LPDDR5 RAM while the Realme GT Neo 2 has LPDDR4x RAM.

In terms of connectivity, both smartphones have NFC (Near Field Communication) support. Both the smartphone are 5G supportive. However, the iQOO 7 supports only one 5G band which is n78 while the Realme GT Neo 2 supports eight 5G bands that are n1, n3, n5, n8, n28A, n41, n77, and n78.
